About

“The magic of editing isn’t always in what you see. Sometimes it’s in what you feel, and Jason has built his craft around understanding the difference.”

— Mark A. Ritchie, Director

Jason is a Los Angeles based editor and post producer who looks for the moments that aren’t always obvious: an unexpected glance, a subtle shift in rhythm, the perfect marriage of picture and sound, or simply knowing when to let a moment breathe.

He sees both the bigger picture and the smallest details: the architecture of a story, the emotion behind an image, and how timing, music, sound and composition work together. A natural collaborator, he listens with purpose and brings his own perspective without losing sight of the story someone else is trying to tell.

His work spans luxury fashion, music, comedy and film. He was a lead editor on Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé and the editor of Netflix’s Mike Epps: Delusional. He leads post production across Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Book collections, including 2026’s Hidden Garden, alongside ongoing editorial and color work for the brand.

His longstanding collaboration with director Mark A. Ritchie includes projects for Ralph Lauren, performances by Janelle Monáe and Laufey, and Cartier’s holiday film featuring Sir Elton John.

A Chapman University Film and Television graduate, Jason began on screen in Smart House and Freaks and Geeks before moving into editorial on MTV’s True Life. Development work at Fremantle and BBC followed, then roles at Fullscreen and Wave.tv.
